Our Director, Sandra McCall FITOL MAC, conducts our individual executive coaching sessions and leads coaching on large corporate projects, requiring more than one coach.
Sandra has been coaching at Board and Executive levels for over 13 years and has a motivational and inspirational style. She particularly enjoys behavioural coaching at executive and senior manager levels.
Sandra is a highly successful executive coach and consultant, and a business woman who has run multi-million pound executive development budgets, managed large, complex teams and runs her own business. A previous Bank Manager and Head of Executive Development for a major UK Bank, Sandra also has extensive experience working in the financial services sector and at executive level.
Her experiences give
MCCL a solid understanding in business and its issues, executive and business coaching and, people management.

Sandra is a Fellow of the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning, a Member of the Association for Coaching, has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies and a Certificate in Personal Performance Coaching. Sandra has also undertaken executive development programmes with the CMPS Cabinet Office and INSEAD University in France.

potential clients with privacy, confidentiality and respect
- respect the absolute rights of
clients’ confidentiality except as expressly permitted by the
client or potential client in writing or as required by law
- respect the commercial
confidentiality of clients and potential clients by not
divulging business information to any third parties
- comply with both the spirit
and the letter of any commercial agreements made with clients,
potential clients and other professional colleagues
- make commercial agreements
with clients and potential clients that are fair and will
respect all parties to such agreements
- clearly state, to clients and
potential clients, the terms of any commercial agreement
including the expectations of both parties
- obtain written permission from
any client or potential client before use of their name for any
- represent true levels of
status, title, competence and experience in order not to
mislead, misrepresent or defraud clients
- maintain and enhance the
professional reputation of coaching and consulting professions
- recommend different coaches or
resources when these will be more appropriate to the clients’
- comply with all laws and
bye-laws of the UK
- ensure all advertisements and
promotional materials, whether verbal or written, are legal,
decent, truthful, honest and in compliance with the requirements
of the UK Advertising Standards Authority
- make a copy of this Code
freely available to clients if they request it
MCCL tailor makes
programmes for Corporate, Business and Personal Coaching and
Consulting. The cost of an initial consultation is covered by
and if this is successful we will agree a commercial rate, depending
on the nature of the work, and draw up an agreement.
Coaching can be carried out face-to-face, over the telephone or
using a combination of both, supported by email. Depending on the
nature of your business, your issues and your location we can agree
a programme and frequency for consultations that meets your needs
and suits your schedule.
